Philosophy:

I believe that all individuals can learn; however at different phases within their development and on various levels. I trust that is the responsibility of the educator to provide quality learning experiences for all P-12 students/adult learners. Thus, a post-secondary education at some level should be afforded to all individuals seeking a place in a component workforce. I encourage everyone one to seek an advanced education which will support a successful life and career development.

I also support continuous professional learning at the highest level; post-doctoral studies. Equally, I value intuitive leadership among shared decision making practices within educational organizations. In short, I try to replicate a progressed level of leadership within my professional practice as a educator and administrator. In that, I am constantly up-lifting educators and students by providing the best that I can offer in applied leadership and training models for success.
