Camp Literacy for Kids... Where Being in the "CLK" is Cool

Parent Orientation Scheduled for June 19, 2013

Approximately 75 of Macon County School's finest students are participating in Camp Literacy for Kids this summer. Camp Literacy or the "CLK (Click)" is a district-wide initiative that provides an opportunity for students currently in grades K through 3 to receive explicit reading instruction and/or intervention.  Participants will have an opportunity to enjoy educational activities, arts and crafts, and various field activities.

"CLK" Parents are invited to attend a parent orientation, where they will learn about Camp Literacy for Kids, the summer learning schedule, how to teach children using high frequency words at home, and more.  Details are below:

OTHER NOTES: Camp fees of $25.00 may be paid after the orientation.
