Alabama Joint Leadership Development Conference is the premier leadership event for youth in the State of Alabama! The conference is the largest non-athletic gathering of youth for an educational purpose in the State of Alabama. The event will bring together more than 8,000 top students preparing to make Alabama the leading state for work, family, fun, community and great living!
