COVID 19 Coping Activities
It's okay not to be okay. We realize that your normal is not the same now. You can't just stop in to get a bit of advice and keep moving, but at those moments send us a message or try one of these coping activities this week!
1. Write a poem or story about what you're dealing with.
2. Get together with friends virtually and play a game!
3. Bake something delicious (with the assistance of your parents/guardians)
